Delivery/Installation Questions

  • Can I change my delivery address after I have placed my order?

    If you need to change your delivery address you need to contact customer service as soon as possible after the order is placed. We will notify your service partner to ensure tires are delivered to the correct location. Our service partners will not accept location changes unless they are initiated through our customer service representatives.

  • Do I have to pay anything at installation?

    A service partner will never ask you to pay anything at installation. All expense is taken care of when you order the tires through the website.

    Please note if you request additional tires to be installed or have to have a rim repaired there will be an added cost. These are agreed upon with the service partner and pricing will be supplied before any work is completed. Payment will be made using the same method as your original order.

  • How do I know that my tires will be installed on my requested date?

    After you confirm your order it’s automatically sent to our service partner, who will contact you to confirm the date and time of installation. Please note we do everything possible to meet your request but times may vary slightly depending on the service partner’s schedule.

  • What is an Interfit Service Partner?

    They are a national network of servicing tire dealers who are focused on providing excellent customer service. Interfit Service Partners are accustomed to working with companies who have large fleets and shops with a couple forklifts.

    Interfit monitors their installations and requests user feedback from customers to ensure they are exceeding customer expectations. Each service partner is expected to show up on site at the proper time, have all the tools needed to install your tires and answer any servicing questions you may have.

  • Can I order other types of tires from this website?

    Currently we are focused on serving the materials handling industry. We are exploring the possibility of expanding our offering to construction tires and tracks. If you are in need of these products we encourage you to contact our customer service who can assist you on finding a service partner in your area.

  • If I want to reorder tires will my history be available?

    If you create an account you will be able to log in and see your ordering history in our system

  • What is the warranty on your products?

    We warrant our tires for 24 months. This warranty starts the day the tires are installed on your machine. The value reimbursed is based on the remaining tread depth of the tire. If you have an issue please contact our Customer Service team. They will work with you on filing your claim.

  • Who is Interfit?

    Interfit USA is the service brand of Trelleborg Wheel Systems Americas, Inc.

Ordering Questions

  • Are my credit card details safe?

    Yes, our site is secure. We have worked with a leading payment provider to ensure we protect your credit card against fraud.

  • Do I need a login with a user ID and password to order?

    You are not required to register to place an order. Once your order is placed you will have the option to set up a user profile. We encourage you to set up an account for future orders, but it’s not required.

  • How do I know what tires to choose?

    Our system is designed to help you choose the tires that best match your needs. The tire selector tool asks for the average hours of usage per day. We take this information and provide a suggestion for which product best suits your needs.
    The recommended tire will be highlighted in the results list. You will have the option to review detailed information on the tire and the other tires that fit your machine. Our aim is to provide you a safe tire that meets your budget and working time requirements.

  • How do I order from Interfit?

    Ordering from our website is quick and easy. There are 4 steps to this process:
    1. Enter your tire size or forklift model
    2. Choose from a wide range of brands of different levels of pricing and performances
    3. Select the service provider and schedule your replacement
    4. Pay for your order using our secure payment system. You are able to pay using a debit card or your bank account information.

  • I have questions on my order, who should I contact?

  • What if I don’t find the size I’m looking for?

    If you can not find your tire size please contact our Customer Service department at 1 (800) 666-TIRE and they will assist you.

  • What is included in the price?

    The simple answer is everything. The price you pay includes delivery, mounting of the tires to your machine, disposal fees and local taxes. An Interfit Service Provider will never ask you to pay additional fees on the job.
